1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address when you sign up for ListingBrief AI. We also store the product notes you submit for listing generation, and the generated results. We do not sell your data to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you via magic-link (OTP) sign-in
To generate and store marketplace listing copy based on your product notes
To track your credit balance and plan usage
To process payments via PayPal (we do not store your payment details)

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database, KV, R2). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored in your browser's local storage.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ListingBrief AI:

Cloudflare — hosting, database, file storage, and email sending
PayPal — subscription payment processing
A third-party large-language-model provider — generates the listing copy from the product notes you submit. Questions about this processing go to support@tiraisoft.com.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

Your account data, generated listings, and job history are retained for the life of your account. You can exercise your data rights directly from your Account page:

Access & portability — download a complete, machine-readable copy of your data with "Download a copy".
Erasure — permanently delete your account and personal data with "Delete my account". This cancels any active subscription and removes your listings, history, chat records, and the account-activity row described under Cookies below. We retain only the financial transaction records we are legally required to keep for accounting and tax purposes, with personal identifiers removed.

You may also email us to exercise these rights. If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use only essential browser storage (for sign-in, preferences, and a per-visit id used for usage measurement) plus privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. Our own measurement records which steps of the product were used against an id held in your browser's session storage that is deleted when you close the tab, and it never stores your IP address — to count distinct visitors per day the address is hashed with that date and a secret unique to ListingBrief AI and then discarded. We also record three broad facts about the visit itself: the kind of device (phone, tablet, desktop, or an automated crawler), the operating system with its major version only — iOS 17, never iOS 17.4.1 — and the country and region the connection came from, which Cloudflare works out at its edge so that we never see or keep the address. The browser's User-Agent string is read once to work out the device and system and is then discarded, because the full string is detailed enough to single somebody out. Each of the three is counted on its own: a daily total per device kind, a separate daily total per country, and never a row that combines them — so a total cannot be narrowed down to one person, and we correspondingly cannot ask which system a particular country's visitors run. We also measure how long each page was open and visible, with the clock stopping whenever you switch away from the tab, so a page left open in the background is not counted as time spent reading. One measurement outlives that session id, and it is the only one that does: for a signed-in account we keep a single row holding your account id and the first and last day that account was active, which is what lets us tell a returning customer from a new one. It records no events, no pages and no content — two dates and the id — and it is deleted along with everything else when you delete your account. 7. Browser Extension

The ListingBrief browser extension runs only on the seller-facing product editors it exists to work inside — the Etsy Shop Manager listing editor and the Shopify admin product editor. It does not run on storefronts, public listing pages, or checkout.

Stored in your browser — your sign-in token and a cached map of the product form's field locations. Both live in the extension's local storage and are removed when you sign out.
Sent to us — your email address (to sign you in), and the product notes you type into the panel (to generate the listing from). This is the same data you would submit on the website, and it is handled exactly as described in sections 1–5 above.
Reading the page — the extension reads the product form in order to fill it in. That reading stays on your machine.
When a marketplace changes its form — the extension sends us a structure-only snapshot of the form so the field mapping can be repaired: element names and layout, with every text node, every field value, and every attribute that could carry your content removed before it is transmitted. Your product content, drafts, prices, and customer data are never part of that snapshot.

The extension shows no ads, does no cross-site tracking, and sends data to no origin other than ListingBrief's own API.
