By accessing or using ListingBrief AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. ListingBrief AI is operated by Tiraisoft, so you also accept Tiraisoft's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to us as a company and in addition to these terms. Where these terms and Tiraisoft's terms cover the same subject, these terms govern your use of the Service. If you do not agree to all of them, do not use the Service.
ListingBrief AI generates marketplace listing copy (titles, tags, descriptions, SEO fields, and related metadata) from product notes you provide. The Service is designed for sellers on platforms such as Etsy and Shopify.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. You must provide a valid email address. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Free accounts receive 5 welcome credits, with one credit consumed per generation. Paid Pro plans (Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly) provide unlimited generations subject to a fair-use policy: usage is governed by reasonable rate limits to protect service quality for all users, rather than a fixed monthly credit allowance. We may rate-limit or contact you about usage that is automated, abusive, or far outside normal individual use. Plan pricing, fair-use limits, and features are subject to change with notice.
Credits are a product, not money. Where credits are issued or sold, they are the right to use the Service rather than a balance of money: we hold no funds on your behalf, and credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for money. Credits do not expire — unspent credits stay in your account until you use them. They exist only inside ListingBrief AI and last as long as it does: if we discontinue the Service, or stop operating it for any reason, unspent credits stop being usable, and we do not refund them or convert them to money. That is the other side of credits not expiring.
Paid plans are billed through PayPal on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan). You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or violates the terms of service of any third-party marketplace. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend excessive usage that degrades service for other users.
Listing copy is generated by an AI language model. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, unique, or compliant with any specific marketplace's listing policies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost sales, listing removals, or account suspensions on third-party marketplaces.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are reflected here with a new date at the top; there is no mailing list and no notification undertaking. This page is the record, and it is the version in force. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
