EtsyHunt Alternative: 3 Options Compared (September 2026)
September 24, 2026
If you are looking for an EtsyHunt alternative, start with the name: EtsyHunt now runs as EHunt, at ehunt.ai, and the old etsyhunt.com address forwards there. As of September 2026 its paid plans cost $7.99, $15.99 and $29.99 a month on annual billing. The best alternative depends on which part of EHunt you actually open. For keyword research alone, eRank is cheaper. For research plus shop admin, Alura is the closest match. For writing the title, tags and description, a dedicated listing writer does that one job with no daily meter.
Everything about EHunt, eRank and Alura below was read from each company’s own pricing page in September 2026. Prices and limits change, so check the page before you subscribe.
What EHunt’s plans cost
EHunt’s pricing page opens on annual billing, labelled “Annually (50% OFF)”, and quotes each plan as a monthly rate with the yearly total underneath. There is also a Free tier in its comparison table.
| Plan | Price (annual billing) | Billed per year | Product and keyword searches | Title & description generator |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 5 a day | 5 a day |
| Basic | $7.99/mo | $95.88 | 100 a day | 10 a day |
| Pro | $15.99/mo | $191.88 | 500 a day | 100 a day |
| Elite | $29.99/mo | $359.88 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
A few details from the same page that matter before you compare:
- The discounts are stated as savings against monthly billing. The cards read “Save $24” on Basic, “Save $48” on Pro and “Save $360” on Elite, so paying month to month costs more than the figures above.
- Refunds are narrow. The page limits refunds to the first day after your first purchase, and says “Subscriptions can be canceled at any time”.
- Store binding scales with the plan: 1 shop on Free, 5 on Basic, 10 on Pro and 200 on Elite.
What EHunt is actually built for
EHunt describes itself as “The Largest Ecommerce Products Database to Simplify Your Etsy SEO and Business.” Its menu is mostly research: product research, a niche finder, a shop analyzer, a keyword tool, ad analysis and competitor tracking. On top of that sit listing tools (an Etsy tag generator, a title and description generator, a tag extractor) and a set of AI image tools such as a background editor and a mockup generator, several marked as beta.
That breadth is the reason to choose it. EHunt is a research database first, and its listing writer is one metered feature among many. On the Basic plan you get 100 keyword searches a day but 10 title and description generations. That ratio tells you who the product is designed for.
EtsyHunt alternatives at a glance
| Tool | Best for | Free plan | Paid entry (September 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
| EHunt (EtsyHunt) | Product, shop and ad research in one database | 5 searches a day | $7.99/mo on annual billing |
| eRank | Keyword research and listing audits | 5 keyword lookups a day, no time limit | $5.99/mo |
| Alura | Research plus shop management in one bill | Optimize about 20 listings | $7.99/mo |
| ListingBrief AI | Writing the title, tags and description | 5 free generations a day, no card | $9.99/mo ($99.99/year) |
Who should stay with EHunt
Switching is not always the right answer. Stay if:
- You research products and ads, not only keywords. Ad search and ad analysis sit on every paid plan, next to product and shop research.
- You run many shops. Elite binds up to 200 stores, and even Pro takes 10.
- You sell beyond Etsy. The comparison table lists Amazon Handmade products on paid plans, and EHunt markets a separate dropshipping analytics tool alongside it.
- You use the image tools. Background editing and mockup generation are bundled in, and a keyword tool will not replace them.
If two or more of those describe you, the plan price is buying real breadth, and a cheaper tool would cost you features you use.
If you only need keyword research: eRank
eRank is the natural EtsyHunt alternative for sellers whose main question is “which words should I use”. Its free plan gives 5 keyword lookups a day and 1 AI Listing Helper use a day, and eRank’s FAQ says there is “no limited timeline” on it.
Paid plans on eRank’s pricing page:
| Plan | Price | Keyword lookups |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0/mo | 5 a day |
| Basic | $5.99/mo | 100 a day |
| Pro | $9.99/mo | 200 a day |
| Expert | $29.99/mo | 500 a day |
Basic matches EHunt Basic’s 100 keyword searches a day for less money. What you give up is the product and ad database. Our eRank pricing guide breaks down what each tier adds.
Best for: sellers who already know their products and want better keywords.
If you want research and shop admin in one place: Alura
Alura is the closest in spirit to EHunt: one login for research, listing optimization and shop management. Its free plan lets you optimize about 20 listings, and paid plans run $7.99, $14.99 and $29.99 a month, with lower rates on annual billing. Growth lists “higher usage limits” rather than a fixed listing count. Alura’s pricing page puts a 7-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan, which is a longer window than EHunt’s 24 hours.
Best for: sellers who want research and listing optimization under one login. The Alura alternative guide covers its plans in more depth.
If the listing copy is the hard part: ListingBrief AI
Plenty of sellers do not need a bigger research database. They know what they make and who buys it. The slow part is writing a title that fits Etsy’s 140 characters and still reads like a product, filling all 13 tags with distinct phrases, and writing a description a buyer finishes.
That is the one job ListingBrief AI is built around. It drafts the title, tags and description from your product notes, following what the marketplace publishes about each field: its character limit, how many you get, and what belongs in it. Three free tools, an Etsy title generator, an Etsy tag generator and a Shopify description generator, each draft one field with no account and no card. Signing in gives you 5 free generations of a full listing a day. Pro is $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, with no credit counter and no per-listing charge.
It does not do keyword research, product research, sales estimates, ad analysis or competitor tracking. If you need those, keep a research tool and use this beside it. For the writing itself, our guides on how to write an Etsy title and using all 13 Etsy tags explain the rules it follows.
Best for: sellers whose research is done and whose listings are not.

How to switch without losing anything
- Export first. EHunt’s paid plans include product export up to a daily limit. Export the product and keyword lists you actually reuse before you cancel, because saved lists do not move between tools.
- Try the free tier of the replacement for a week. eRank, Alura and ListingBrief AI all have free plans, so running one beside EHunt costs nothing.
- Time the cancellation. EHunt’s refund window is 24 hours from the first purchase, so on an annual plan you have already paid the year. Switch at renewal rather than paying twice.
- Name the job. If the thing you open EHunt for is “what should this listing say”, another research subscription will not fix that.
The short answer
EHunt, the tool once called EtsyHunt, is a broad research database with a listing writer attached. Keep it if you use its product, ad and multi-shop research. Move to eRank if keywords are all you need and you want to pay less. Move to Alura if you want research and shop admin together with a longer refund window. If the copy is what eats your evenings, try ListingBrief AI free and see whether the first draft of your next listing is close enough to publish.
