EverBee Review 2026: What Each Plan Really Buys

Short version of this EverBee review: EverBee is a product-research tool wearing a Chrome extension. It puts estimated sales, revenue and trend figures on Etsy listings and shops so you can decide what to make next, and as of September 2026 it runs from $0 to $69 a month on annual billing, or $99 a month paid month to month. It is worth paying for if your bottleneck is choosing the product. It is the wrong buy if your bottleneck is writing the listing, and the free plan, though genuinely free forever, does not include the sales and revenue numbers EverBee is famous for.

Below: what each plan costs, what the tool is strong at, exactly where the free tier stops, who should buy it, and what to use instead when it is the wrong shape.

Every price, plan limit and quoted line about EverBee below was read from everbee.io in September 2026. Plans change, so open the page before you subscribe.

What EverBee costs as of September 2026

EverBee’s pricing page lists three plans with a monthly/annual toggle and the line “Pay annually and save up to 36%.”

There is no free trial, and EverBee says so plainly. Its pricing FAQ answers the question directly: “No, we currently don’t have a free trial. However, the Hobby plan itself is completely free and doesn’t require any credit card information to sign up.” That is a better arrangement than a countdown (the free plan never expires), but it means there is no way to test Growth’s figures before you pay for a month.

What EverBee is good at

EverBee’s home page leads with “Find your next Etsy bestseller in minutes” and the promise that you will “See real sales and revenue for any Etsy product - so you can pick winners with confidence, even if you’re just getting started.” That is an honest description of the product. It is a research surface, not a listing tool.

The modules that earn the subscription:

The single strongest reason to use it is that it answers a question you genuinely cannot answer by looking at Etsy: whether a listing that looks successful actually sells. Everything else in the Etsy tool category competes on keyword data; EverBee competes on revenue estimates.

Where the free plan stops

This is the part most EverBee reviews get wrong, and it is worth being exact about, because the FAQ on the home page says “Is EverBee really free? Yes - the Hobby plan is free forever and doesn’t require a credit card.”

Both things are true at once: Hobby is free forever, and Hobby does not include the numbers the tool is known for. On the free plan:

So the honest read is that Hobby shows you the shape of the data and the interface, and nothing that would settle a product decision. If your plan was to validate a niche for nothing, budget for a month of Growth instead, or use the free tier purely to decide whether you like working in the tool.

Who should buy EverBee, and who should not

Do not buy it if:

The step EverBee does not take

Here is the limit that matters most for a lot of sellers: EverBee tells you what to make, and then stops.

Its AI feature, AI Actions, is about designs, not copy: the home page describes it as sending your design to a chat assistant “with a ready-made prompt” to get “fresh variations, typography-led redesigns and dark versions.” Useful if you are iterating on artwork. It is not a listing writer, and nothing in EverBee produces a finished title, a full set of tags or a description that respects Etsy’s own field rules.

That gap is real for anyone who has already decided what to sell. You can have perfect product research and still lose an hour per listing to Etsy’s 140-character title limit, 20-character tag limit and 13 tag slots.

That is the job this site is built around, and you can try it without an account:

No sign-up is needed for those three. Signing in gives you 5 free generations a day with no card to add, and Pro is $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year with no credit counter and no per-listing charge; there is also a Chrome extension that fills the Etsy and Shopify listing forms in place. What it does not do is sales estimates, keyword demand research or competitor tracking, so if those are your bottleneck, EverBee is the right purchase and this sits beside it rather than replacing it.

How to try EverBee without wasting a month

The short version

EverBee is a good tool honestly described by its own marketing: it finds products worth making, and it does that better than anything else in the category. Buy Growth if choosing the product is what slows you down and you are ready for the $299 annual commitment. Stay on Hobby only to evaluate the interface: it does not include sales, revenue, trends or Keyword Score, so it will not settle a decision. Buy something else if your question is about keywords and listing quality rather than products. And if what actually takes your evening is writing the title, the 13 tags and the description, that is a different job from the one EverBee does. our free tools will tell you in two minutes whether it is the one really costing you.
